Prepare a salad with your favorite ingredients. I like to keep this salad simple with just lettuce and tomato. Sometime I will add a little chopped broccoli. The pork is the star of the show and really just needs some crisp lettuce and fresh tomatoes to make it a winning trio.
Add chopped pork tenderloin to your salad and top it off with your favorite BBQ sauce. I have done both cold and warmed pork and BBQ sauce.
