Pesto Goat Cheese Dip
2 Ingredient recipe. Flavorful dip for veggies, crackers, Wheat Thins or corn chips. Ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 10.5 oz goat cheese
- 2 8.1 oz sundried tomato paste (Classico brand)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Place goat cheese in small casserole dish that is oven safe.
- Spoon both jars of pesto over goat cheese.
- Bake at 300° for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Mix pesto and cheese together in casserole dish and return to oven.
- Bake 10 minutes at 300°. Remove from oven.
- Serve with veggies such as celery, broccoli, carrot sticks; crackers such as Wheat Thins; Corn Chips; small pieces of Hawaiian Bread or Tostitos or Crunchy Pita Triangles.
