Pesto Goat Cheese Dip {More than a Dip!}

Pesto Goat Cheese Dip is an amazingly easy and flavorful appetizer that is served warm with veggies, crackers, pita bread, Hawaiian Bread or your favorite Corn Chips or Tostitos. Pesto Goat Cheese Dip

2 Ingredient recipe. Flavorful dip for veggies, crackers, Wheat Thins or corn chips. Ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 10.5 oz goat cheese
  • 2 8.1 oz sundried tomato paste (Classico brand)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°.
  • Place goat cheese in small casserole dish that is oven safe.
  • Spoon both jars of pesto over goat cheese.
  • Bake at 300° for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
  • Mix pesto and cheese together in casserole dish and return to oven.
  • Bake 10 minutes at 300°. Remove from oven.
  • Serve with veggies such as celery, broccoli, carrot sticks; crackers such as Wheat Thins; Corn Chips; small pieces of Hawaiian Bread or Tostitos or Crunchy Pita Triangles.
