What Is A Blackstone Griddle

It is a flat-top surface grill made from cold-rolled steel, one of the best materials for distributing heat to cook evenly. It runs on propane so you can push a button, turn a knob, and be ready to cook.

Hard to believe it but that’s it for cleanup. There are no cooking pots and pans to wash, no grates to scrub and thanks to seasoning the grill a surface where foods don’t stick and burn.
