Soy Sauce Sauce

Combine soy sauce and honey for a delicious marinade, stir fry, glaze or dipping sauce for meats, seafood, and vegetable. Easy and quick!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup soy sauce (can use low sodium for a low sodium diet)

Instructions

  • Mix equal parts soy sauce and honey in a small bowl. Use 1 cup honey and 1 cup soy sauce for 2 cups of marinade. Use 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup soy sauce for 1 cup marinade.
  • Stir well until the honey completely dissolves into the soy sauce.
  • Optional: Warm it up slightly in a pan for a thicker consistency.
