Want to know how to make oat milk at home? This easy recipe shows you how to use your NutriBullet or blender to make a single serving or two of oat milk from oats and water for a creamy plant-based dairy-free alternative to milk. Use it for your baking recipes, coffee, tea, and cereal.
1cupwater(can add additional cup of water for thin milk)
Instructions
Cover oats with water in NutriBullet jar or blender for 15 minutes.
Drain water from oats. Rinse and drain again.
Pour 1 cup of fresh water over oats in jar. Attach to blender. (Can add additional cup of water to make milk thinner.)
Process NutriBullet for 2 minutes until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour mixture into a fine mesh strainer over a bowl. Discard what is in the strainer and rinse strainer.
Pour mixture from bowl into strainer again over a clean bowl or container.
Serve and enjoy immediately or refrigerate for an ice cold milk.
