2cupsCooked Pork Tenderloin {Leftovers work Great}(or Cooked chicken - baked or grilled)
2cupsShredded Lettuce(Iceberg or any variety lettuce)
1cupDiced Fresh Tomato
½cupBBQ Sauce
Instructions
Chop lettuce.
Dice tomato.
Shred or slice cooked pork tenderloin or chicken.
Combine lettuce, tomato and tenderloin or chicken and put in 2 salad bowls.
Top with cooked pork or chicken.
Pour BBQ sauce as dressing.
Serve immediately or refrigerate and enjoy later.
