Ingredients

cups
grated zucchini
(Blot with paper towel to remove dampness.)
½
tsp
salt

cup
Bisquick
½
tsp
seasoned salt
½
cup
chopped onions
1
clove
garlic, minced
½
cup
Parmesan cheese
½
cup
oil
2
Tbls
chopped parsley
4
eggs
(beaten)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Grease 7 x 11 inch pan.
Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together in a large bowl.
Pour into pan.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 25 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Can be baked in a 9x13 inch pan and cut into small squares for an appetizer.
