Creamy coleslaw recipe with 3 ingredients. Easy, rich tasting and delicious. Perfect for church suppers, picnics, BBQ parties and dinner. It is inexpensive to fix and easy to mix. It is ready to eat after mixing or let it chill in the refrigerator. Increase for more servings. Will keep up to a week in the refrigerator.
Pour coleslaw into large mixing bowl. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
In a smaller bowl mix about 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Stir well.
Spoon mayonnaise and sugar mixture on top of coleslaw. Mix gently and refrigerate.
Stir again gently before serving.
