Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread (stale, white, wheat, Keto, Sourdough or your favorite variet)
  • 3 whole eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal

Instructions

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 350 degrees.
  • Slice bread into 4 slices each to make French toasts sticks.
  • In a medium bowl, mix eggs and milk with a fork or whisk until combined.
  • In a large bowl crush cereal into small pieces. Use a bowl big enough to roll bread slices.
  • Dip bread into egg and milk mixture.
  • Roll dipped bread into crushed cereal crumbs.
  • Place in Air Fryer Basket. Place in Air Fryer that has been preheated to 350 degrees.
  • Cook for 4 minutes. Turn slices and cook for an additional 4 minutes until egg is done (not runny) and toast is golden.
  • Remove from oven. Serve on plates with maple syrup, fruit, or powdered sugar.
